Dr. Natasha Bonner lives in Lucas with her husband, Aaron, their little boy, Bastian, and their dog, Uli. Dr. Natasha graduated in the top five percent of her class from Parker College of Chiropractic, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree magna cum laude, along with a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness.
Along with a three year internship, Dr. Natasha Bonner was accepted into the Veteran Affairs internship at the Dallas VA hospital where she helped manage unique and complicated cases. Through chiropractic and wellness care, Dr. Bonner has been able to help patients find relief from headaches, sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, and many other chronic pain conditions.
Dr. Bonner has also undergone post graduate training in chiropractic prenatal and pediatric care. She is trained in nine different chiropractic techniques, and has been trained and certified in the Webster's Technique for breech pregnancies through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.
Dr. Natasha is committed to promoting optimal health and well-being for her patients. She uses a "whole person approach" which looks for underlying causes and determines lifestyle adjustments, such as nutritional guidance, and customized home stretches and exercises, in order to restore natural body function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Bonner is able to help you to accelerate and maintain your journey to great health.
Dr. Julie Gruben is a graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX. She is trained in nine different techniques and has undergone post graduate training in pediatric care, nutritional neurology, chiropractic biophysics and postural correction. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Gruben's undergraduate education was completed at Texas State University-San Marcos, where she received a bachelor's of science in nutrition.
Dr. Gruben specializes in family wellness and caring for patients of all ages. She has a special interest in pre-natal and pediatric care. She is trained and certified in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. Dr. Gruben has great success treating conditions such as migraines, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, low back pain, whiplash injuries, and scoliosis. Many of her pediatric patients have found relief with common childhood ailments like ear infections, torticollis, and colic. Dr. Gruben utilizes her nutrition background in order for her patients to achieve their optimal health potential. She can provide supplement and diet recommendations that are often the missing element to recovery. Her mission is to expand awareness about a natural approach to health to families in North Texas. Dr.Gruben's passion for chiropractic comes from her commitment to helping people live better lives through better health.
Dr. Gruben lives in Allen with her husband, Kirk, and their children, Parker and Grant.
